    • Service Non-Delivery: Refund requests for service non-delivery will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis within one week.

    General Cancellation Terms

    • 75% refund for cancellations made 30 or more days before the visit date.
    • 50% refund for cancellations made between 72 hours and 30 days before the visit date.
    • 0% refund for cancellations made within 72 hours of the visit date.
    • Confirmed Tatkal bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.

    Liability and Risks

    Visitors participate in safari activities at their own risk. Book Ranthambore Safari shall not be responsible for any injuries, losses, damages, or other incidents arising during the visit.

    Any unauthorized access or attempts to compromise our systems may result in legal action under applicable laws.

    Booking Session Recording

    For security and fraud prevention, all booking sessions are logged. Suspicious activities, including the use of bots, automation tools, or browser extensions that interfere with the booking process, may result in cancellation of bookings.
