• Ticket Availability: All tickets are subject to availability and issued on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Pricing and Taxes: Prices are shown in local currency. Confirmed prices are honored; applicable tax changes collected at entry.
• Payment: Accepted methods include credit/debit cards, UPI, and others. Full advance payment is mandatory.
• Booking Confirmation: Accuracy of provided information is your responsibility. Carry the ID used during booking.
• Advance Booking: Bookings can be made up to 90 days in advance.
• Zone Allotment: Zones may change for conservation reasons.
• ID Proof: Must match booking. Carry the original ID or DigiLocker ID.
• Group Booking: Group accommodation is subject to availability.
• Guide Services: Safari requires a guide. A specific guide option is available for an additional fee.

• Acceptable Use: Use the Website lawfully. Disruptive activities are prohibited.
• S2S Monitoring: We may detect S2S platforms (e.g., Azure, GCP) and take action against abuse.
• Status Declaration: Travel agents must clearly declare their status to avoid cancellations.

• Refund Policy: Refer to the "Additional Policies" section of our Privacy Policy.
• Processing: Refunds will be issued as per the applicable refund policy or approval from Book Ranthambore Safari, to the original payment method.
• Unconfirmed Tickets: Full refund (minus applicable service fees) will be processed within 2–7 business days. Contact support for assistance.

• Ownership: All content on this Website belongs to Ranthambore Jungle Safari or its licensors.
• License: A limited, non-exclusive license is granted for personal, non-commercial use only.

• General: We make no guarantees regarding the completeness or accuracy of information on the Website. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
• Force Majeure: We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Rajasthan, India. Any disputes arising from the use of this Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rajasthan.

• Reach the Forest Permit Booking Counter at least 45 minutes before the scheduled entry time.
• The first visitor whose ID is uploaded during booking must be present during the visit.
• Carry two printed copies of the confirmation slip—one for submission and one for your reference.
• Vacant seats resulting from no-shows may be allocated to other visitors at the booking counter.
• Group bookings will be accommodated together wherever possible, subject to availability.

• 75% refund if cancelled 31 or more days before the visit.
• 50% refund if cancelled 4–30 days before the visit.
• No refund if cancelled within 3 days of the visit.
• Any applicable difference in fees or taxes at the time of entry shall be collected.

This policy may be updated periodically without prior notification. We encourage you to check it regularly for any changes.

Partial Cancellation refers to the cancellation of one or more passengers in a ticket, not the entire ticket. The following rules apply:

• Cancelled passenger permits will be released in Premium Tatkal at 10:00 AM IST after the cancellation request is approved.
• No refund will be provided for partial cancellations.
• Once a passenger is cancelled, no reversion will be permitted.

Visitors acknowledge that they are aware of the inherent risks associated with wildlife safaris and voluntarily enter at their own risk. Book Ranthambore Safari shall not be held liable for accidents, injuries, or loss or damage to personal belongings during the visit. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Rajasthan. By booking, visitors confirm that they accept this indemnity declaration voluntarily.

Visitors must carry valid documents such as an RT-PCR test report or vaccination certificate, if required under prevailing government COVID-19 regulations.

We are not responsible for unforeseen circumstances such as landslides, roadblocks, adverse weather conditions, or other events beyond our control.

• Check all booking details carefully before confirming your purchase.
• Fake, forged, or modified permits may result in legal action.
• No exchange or refund will be provided for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets.
• Alcohol and non-vegetarian food are prohibited inside the reserve.
• Safari permits are non-transferable and cannot be modified after confirmation.
• Visitors must carry the original ID or DigiLocker ID used during booking.
• Firearms, pets, and unregistered vehicles are strictly prohibited.
• Guides must ensure that visitors do not feed, disturb, or harm wildlife.
• Violations may attract penalties under the Wildlife Protection Act, 1972.
• All visitors must comply with applicable state and national tourism regulations.
