    Refund and Cancellation Policy

For detailed information on cancellations, changes, and refunds, please refer to the terms below. These terms govern all such requests and are subject to the policies of Book Ranthambore Safari.

    Refund and Cancellation Policy Summary

    • No Full Cancellations/Refunds for Tatkal and Premium Tatkal confirmed bookings.
    • No Refunds for Weather/Natural Causes: No refunds will be issued for cancellations due to heavy rain, other adverse weather conditions, or natural causes affecting access or operations.
    • Provisional Rainy-Season Bookings: Safari bookings during the monsoon season (typically July 1st to September 30th) are provisional and can be cancelled on short notice due to weather conditions. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
    • MDR Charges are Non-Refundable: These charges, levied by banks for payment processing, are non-refundable. If a payment is deducted but tickets are not booked, the refunded amount (if applicable) will exclude the MDR charges.

    MDR Charges Definition

MDR (Merchant Discount Rate) is a fee charged by a bank for providing payment processing services. When you make a payment on a POS terminal or website, a small percentage of the transaction amount is charged by your bank as MDR. This fee covers the cost of processing the transaction, including the technology infrastructure, fraud protection, and administrative expenses associated with facilitating electronic payments.

If your amount was deducted but your ticket wasn't generated, please contact our support team at contact@bookranthamboresafari.co.in within 48 hours. After verification, your refund (excluding non-refundable MDR charges) will be processed to your original payment method within three business days.
